The lint bunny is brought to life when lint from the drier is charged with static electricity. Though it appears harmless it has quite a ferocious set of teeth (used for mulching it's favorite food, the left sock of every pair), and like any wild animal can be dangerous when cornered. It lives in the drier lint trap during it's childhood, but as it matured into adulthood, it must move between the drier and the wall.
Strange how glowing bright blue face plus neon green background seems to equal a sense of electricity (static, that is ). The choice of nearer-human-than-rabbit facial proportions lends to the creepiness factor as well.
